Terms of Service

Terms

• By installing or playing Strike-Command: Idle Esports you agree to these terms. The game is an idle team-management simulation with online features (world ranking, live scrims, and global chat).
• Play fair: no exploiting, tampering with the app, or abusing the advertising or purchase systems. Accounts and saves involved in abuse may lose access to online features.
• Chat and user content: global chat is a shared space. You may not post content that is harassing, hateful, sexual, threatening, unlawful, or that targets other players. We run automated profanity filtering and human moderation; we may remove content, mute, or ban accounts at our discretion. You can report any message for moderator review from within the app. Chat is not private — anything you post is visible to all players.
• Ranked scrims: matches played for virtual currency stakes are simulated fairly on our servers. Virtual currency has no real-world value, cannot be cashed out, and forfeits (including disconnecting mid-match) are final as ruled by the server.
• Purchases (packs, crystals, passes, No Ads unlock) are billed by Google Play or Apple and subject to their terms and refund policies.
• Subscriptions (Field Kit): Field Kit is an auto-renewable monthly subscription (US $4.99 per month; the price shown in the store applies to your region) that removes ads, delivers 100 crystals and 1 golden key every day, and adds a gold name frame. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically each month unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your App Store subscription settings (iOS) or Google Play → Subscriptions (Android) — deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Field Kit has no free trial. Terms of Use (EULA) for the iOS app: Apple's standard EULA; our Privacy Policy is at strikecommand.chaoticgamestudios.com/privacy.html.
• The game is provided "as is". We may change balance, features, or content at any time. Virtual items and currencies have no real-world value and are not refundable except as required by law or store policy.
• You can stop using the game and delete your data at any time — see “Your choices” in our Privacy Policy.
